What support do we provide?
Our support services incorporate early intervention and prevention, including our Private Rental Club, Independent Living Skills program, and Case Management services.

Homelessness Prevention
Homelessness Prevention is a free service that works side by side with people at risk of losing their home, to help them avoid homelessness.
The Homelessness Prevention team can help you with tenancy support if you’re at risk of losing your tenancy and/or are aware your current tenancy will come to an end.
What is the service?
We work towards preventing homelessness by:
- Communicating with housing providers on
your behalf - Help to set up rental profiles and to fill in paperwork
- Support to access specialised services like financial counselling and mental health supports
- Help to navigate the housing and homelessness sector
- Building living skills
- Help to set goals and work towards them, especially housing goals
- Getting you involved in your community
- Advice on various housing options

Our friendly staff are available Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Independent Living Skills Program
Come together with like-minded people, obtain new skills, contribute to everyone’s learning, and have fun!
The Program will commence on a Thursday, weekly ongoing (unless it is a Public Holiday), in 10 week blocks, with a short break in-between, so if you are interested, please reach out to see when the next session will be held.
What is the Program?
The Independent Living Skills Program is about empowering communities, capacity building, respect, compassion and justice. We are dedicated to supporting South Australians with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
We understand that you are your own expert. With our friendly, open and inviting sessions, we aim to build on your expertise through a shared learning environment, giving you a greater sense of self.

Private Rental Club
Support sessions are held every Tuesday to assist you in finding and applying for private rental properties.
Please note spaces are limited so bookings are essential.
Bring your tablet or laptop if you have one, as there are only a few laptops for general use.
What is the Private Rental Club?
We can help you to:
- Complete your online Tenant Options and 2Apply applications
- Search for housing
- Apply for private rental properties
- Understand and complete an application
- Develop your tenancy knowledge
How can I access the Club?
Call us on 1800 569 086 to check your eligibility and for referral to the Private Rental Club, if eligible.

Every Tuesday from 1pm to 3pm
Sessions are held every week unless it is a public holiday.
